Seamanship 2

This course will give you a method for deciding when and where you can go on any given day. Your Instructor will talk through the effects of the environmental elements covered in Basic Seamanship on that particular day before experiencing the conditions on a paddle along the NY waterfront out in the Hudson River tidal currents.

Pre-requisites: Fund I - III and Basic Seamanship or equivalent. Rescue clinics recommended.

Inclement Weather or Conditions: Our courses and tours go rain or shine unless deemed dangerous or inappropriate by NYKC, then we refund or reschedule as you desire.
